To ensure a fair, focused, and collaborative experience, all participants must follow these core rules and expectations. These guidelines keep the hackathon productive, inclusive, and AI-driven from start to finish.
Maximum team size: 2-3 people
Time limit: 48 hours
Projects must integrate AI or ML in a meaningful way
All code and models must be developed from scratch during the event
All AI tools, frameworks, API, datasets, and models must be clearly disclosed
Sharing work with other teams is not allowed
Submissions must be presented live to the judges
Failure to comply with rules will result in automatic disqualification
Submissions are due by 4:00PM on Sunday, November 30, 2025
All code must be uploaded to a public or private GitHub repository and shared with the organizers
Submissions must include a README.md with project description, setup, and usage instructions
Code must include basic comments for documentation and clarity
Final project must be deployed and accessible via a public URL
All AI tools, datasets, and models used must be clearly documented in the submission
1-month pre-event AI training
Starter templates and boilerplate code
Mentorship and feedback from experienced AI engineers
High-speed internet and access to charging stations
Food, beverages, and snacks throughout the event
A supportive, collaborative environment to build and learn
All participants are expected to uphold our code of conduct: foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We build together, and we respect each other.
