4 Saturdays
Focused 4–5 hour live sessions, October 31 to November 21
Four Saturdays to level up. The Ayiti AI training is free, online, live, and recorded. It is mandatory for the thirty selected teams and open to the whole community as auditors. Teams that prepare seriously are the teams that ship, in 2025, that was the single clearest lesson.
By November 27, nobody should be opening a documentation page for the first time. You will have built and deployed an agent, a RAG system, something that runs offline, and something that speaks Kreyòl, and you will have a project plan a mentor has already torn apart once.
4 Saturdays
Focused 4–5 hour live sessions, October 31 to November 21
Live on Zoom
Interactive classes, recordings the same evening, and continuous support on Discord and WhatsApp
Build Every Week
A challenge each week, office hours midweek, and cloud and API credits distributed at the first session
Design and deploy an agent that calls tools, keeps memory, and handles failure
Build a RAG system on your own data and put it in production
Run a model on a phone or a Raspberry Pi with no network
Integrate Kreyòl speech recognition and synthesis into a product
Connect WhatsApp, SMS, and MonCash to an agent
Scope a 48-hour project and deliver a five-minute demo that convinces
Foundations & Modern AI Development
Transformers, tokenizers, the Hugging Face ecosystem, and AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). Build and ship your first AI app by the end of the day.
LLM APIs & Agentic Systems
API integration, agent frameworks, tool calling, memory, MCP, and production patterns. Build an application driven by an LLM that does real work.
RAG, Multimodality & Deployment
Vector databases, retrieval pipelines, vision and speech, cloud deployment, and an introduction to edge AI: running models on phones, laptops, and microcontrollers.
AI Beyond Ideal Conditions
Offline-first and edge patterns, sensors and connected devices, Kreyòl speech recognition and synthesis, WhatsApp and voice agents, MonCash integration. Teams scope their 48-hour project and lock their frontier.
Weekly Challenge System
Saturday 1: Build and ship your first AI app
Saturday 2: An application driven by an LLM
Saturday 3: Build and deploy a complete system
Saturday 4: Your 48-hour project plan and final setup
Between Sessions
Live showcases and peer reviews every Saturday
Midweek office hours and open talks with practitioners
Discord and WhatsApp support, every day
Learn from people who ship AI, engineers, founders, and researchers from Haiti, the diaspora, and the international industry. The 2026 roster is announced as confirmations come in.
Prepare like it matters. It does.
Two unjustified absences and your seat goes to the waitlist. That rule protects the thirty teams who come to build. Everyone else is welcome to follow along as an auditor.
