No. This is a team-based event. Teams must have 2–3 members.
There will be a preliminary round before the hackathon. Participants will submit their ideas, and the top 10 teams will be selected. Those teams will then build a working model of their idea during the hackathon.
The hackathon will be held in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Venue details will be shared with confirmed participants.
You may bring ideas and use existing tools or libraries, but your project's core functionality and AI features must be built during the hackathon.
All datasets and models must be open-source, or you must own the rights to use them. If using proprietary tools, APIs, or licensed content, you must list all references and ensure licensing compliance.
Yes, but they must be either open-source or properly licensed. You must disclose all AI models, datasets, and APIs you use, along with documentation of licensing rights for proprietary resources.
Your team must deploy the application to a live, shareable URL and present it during judging on the final day.
Bring your laptop, chargers, and any external drives or hardware you plan to use. Food and beverages are provided to keep you fueled throughout the event. Focus on bringing your creativity and energy - we'll handle the rest!
Our venue has a strict no-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, cigarettes (including e-cigarettes), lighters, or harmful substances. Violations will result in immediate removal from the event.
Yes. Mentors and volunteers will be on site throughout the hackathon to answer questions, review code, and help guide you when you're stuck.
Projects will be evaluated based on innovation, functionality, and presentation. Judges will consider your project's AI impact, clarity, and execution.
